1. Who these terms are with

This website is operated by Asterion Software s.r.o., IČO 10736697, VAT number CZ10736697, registered in the Czech Commercial Register (Obchodní rejstřík), with its registered office at Bělehradská 858/23, Vinohrady, 120 00 Praha 2, Czech Republic (“we”, “us”). 2. What this website is

An informational website for a business-to-business software engineering and IT consultancy company. It describes services, publishes our company details, and provides two forms through which you can contact us. Nothing on this website is an offer capable of acceptance within the meaning of Section 1731 et seq. of Czech Act No. 89/2012 Sb. (the Civil Code). A binding relationship arises only from a written contract signed by both parties.

3. The project estimator

The estimator produces an indicative engineering profile — delivery phases, a duration band and a team composition — calculated from the options you select. It is a planning aid, not a quote:

• It returns no price and must not be relied on as pricing information.
• The durations are typical ranges for the shape of work described, not commitments. Actual duration depends on scope, the state of your existing systems, data quality and your team’s availability.
• A binding, itemised quotation is issued in writing only after a discovery conversation.

4. Accuracy of the content

We keep this site accurate and current. Technology descriptions, service scopes and durations may change without notice. Our statutory company details are published exactly as recorded in the public register and can be checked at ARES and the EU VIES system.

5. Intellectual property

The design, text, code and graphics of this website belong to Asterion Software s.r.o. and may not be copied or republished without written permission. Third-party trademarks and technology names (React, PHP, AWS, Microsoft Azure, Kubernetes and others) belong to their respective owners and are used here only to describe the technologies we work with. Their use implies no affiliation, sponsorship, partnership or endorsement, and we claim none.

In client work, intellectual property runs the other way. Rights in bespoke software we develop for a client transfer to that client upon full payment, as set out in the engagement contract. Pre-existing components, open-source libraries and our internal tooling remain under their own licences, each of which is identified in the handover documentation.

6. Work we do not accept

We decline the following categories outright, regardless of budget. Stating this publicly saves everyone time, and it is also our standing position for the purposes of any advertising platform policy:

• Gambling, betting, lotteries and casino platforms, and systems that facilitate them.
• Adult content platforms, and any system involving sexual content or services.
• Systems whose purpose is to evade laws, regulations, sanctions or the published policies of a platform or payment provider.
• Unsolicited bulk email or messaging tools, engagement-manipulation systems, and click, install or review fraud.
• Credential harvesting, phishing infrastructure, malware, and scraping that breaches a service’s terms of use or applicable law.
• Weapons, ammunition, controlled substances and other restricted goods, where the software forms part of their sale or distribution.
• Regulated financial, medical or legal services requiring a licence that Asterion Software s.r.o. does not hold, unless the licensed client carries the regulatory responsibility and says so in writing.
• Cryptocurrency token issuance, trading platforms and yield or investment-return schemes.
• Political campaign targeting and misinformation systems.

7. Using the forms

The estimate and contact forms are for genuine business enquiries. You agree not to submit false details, unlawful or abusive content, automated or bulk submissions, or unsolicited advertising. We rate-limit submissions per source and may block an address that abuses the service. Data you send through a form is handled as described in the privacy policy.

8. Availability

We aim to keep this website available continuously, but we do not warrant uninterrupted access. It may be unavailable during maintenance or for reasons outside our control. No service-level commitment attaches to this website; SLAs, where agreed, live in the engagement contract.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Czech law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or reliance on its content, including any decision taken on the basis of the estimator output. Nothing in these terms limits liability for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, for harm to natural rights, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited under Sections 2898 and 2900 et seq. of Act No. 89/2012 Sb.

10. Links to other websites

Links to public registers and third-party documentation are provided for verification and reference. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic. The courts of the Czech Republic have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

Asterion Software s.r.o. contracts with businesses, not consumers, and this website sells nothing to consumers. If you have a complaint, the first and fastest route is to write to info@asterionsoftwaresro.com or to our registered office at Bělehradská 858/23, Vinohrady, 120 00 Praha 2, Czech Republic. We respond to every complaint in writing.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here, with the date shown at the top of the page. Contracts already signed are governed by the terms attached to them, not by this page.
